I think I will start my own resolution. To abolish the tax code and to get rid of all social programs. Then cities like San Fran and the little state of Vermont can pay their own way. Of course you realize that the resolution has no legs. The one from the City by the Gay is replete with lies. And, they can not impeach for the response to Katrina even if he did not do a thing. Not obligated and not an impeachable offense. Has to be high crimes and misdemeanors. None of it fits. I like this idea. I think I will start my own resolution.
