Website Upgrade & Redesign Update

Well, this new look isn’t exactly what I was looking for but when I saw this template, I knew it was me. I love the expression of the cat in the graphic. That’s what drew me to it.

I keep running across issues with the Wordpress 2.0.1 upgrade and the compatibility of the plugins. Some of my plugins still need to be upgraded to the latest versions themselves. Some are just plain getting deactivated I’m sad to say.

There is a new version of Adhesive which I will be testing today. Also, I upgraded Spam Karma 2 yesterday because the old version had some sort of conflict with the way the comment count was kept and updated in Wordpress 2.0.1. I upgraded Bunny’s Technocrati Tags but that caused some sort of conflict with the admin interface so that’s deactivated again.

I’m not sure what is working and what isn’t as far as subscribing to comments or folks who signed up for email updates. Please let me know if this is or isn’t working.

Also, please let me know if you come across anything broken or weird too.

Update: I upgraded the email notification plugin, which resulted in all sorts of issues.  Now I’m not sure it’ll work or not. Can’t even find the selection for it anymore.
