I totally got freaked out during the “nutrition” lecture during obedience class last. I was so sure I was doing so well buy buying Pugly Beneful because it claims to be made with things like “real chicken” and it’s advertising promises to be balanced nutrition.
Heck their website says:
Beneful® serves up a whole variety of superb formulas for the perfect balance of healthful ingredients, quality nutrition, and great taste. For your best friend, that means pure contentment.
And that cute guy in the commercial says it’s good for the dog. OK I didn’t buy it because of the cute guy.

So, Monday and Tuesday was filled with news of various world leaders patting each other on the back as to who won in the latest Middle East Crisis, this Israel/Hezbollah Conflict.

So yesterday afternoon, my neighbor stopped me and invited me to her apartment for an open house Sepora party last evening. After selling Pampered Chef, I’m not a big fan of those home sales parties, but I’m making an extra special effort to get out of my own house and meet and great other people and stuff, so I figured I’d stop by for a little while.
Little did I know…

I admit that I’m often very frustrated with doctors and the medical process of trying to get a diagnosis. Let’s face it, I’ve had chronic headaches and migraines since I was in elementary school and some sort of chronic stomach/gastric B.S. issue since I was 17 or 18 and something wrong with my back since early college and etc. I’ve been going around and and around with doctors and their ilk for most of my life and I feel sometimes I like know just as much or more than them with all of my own research in books

O.K. Really I’ve been trying not to comment on the “Terror in the Sky” thing — this is the name Fox News has given the latest terrorist plot the U.K. foiled as of yesterday. I’ve been waiting for more facts to unfold before jumping to any conclusions or opinions, though I will admit that I have had my moments of cynicism like any self-professed liberal.
However, the obsurdity that this post points out…just couldn’t go by without comment.

OK So, this picture’s a little blurry…it was taken with my new RAZR cell phone which I’m still not sure how to use…plus, Pugly and his girlfriend Aggie were in fast action making out/wrestling mode.
Really it was the cutest thing. At first during playgroup, they had been separated because Pugly is now playing with the rough puppies and Aggie is just tiny (though she can hold her own, let me tell you). I must say when I happened about this post at Punkassblog.com, I couldn’t help but laugh out loud. It’s so true and so inspiring.
Clearly, the left blogosphere has been annointed the moral police of the world. In case you hadn’t noticed, everyone on the Right gets incensed whenever we fail to erupt in outrage over whatever’s got their momentary goat. This can only mean one thing: they need our moral validation.
It’s mighty big of wingnuttery to just hand over the needle of the moral compass to us Western-facing souls, and we ought to handle our job with care.

Humanitarian Aid Charities collecting for Lebanon have run into difficulties collecting in the United States. It’s not that there’s a lack of desire to give, but it turns out there’s a fear to give…apparently, Americans are a little afraid of what their government might have to say if they donate…because after all the NSA is watching and what if you accidently donate to the wrong charity and your name ends up in a database somewhere listing you as a supporter of terrorists? Remember, if you’re doing nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about.
