   It is just amazing that four years after 9/11 we still can not get our act together and manage a natural disaster properly.
   And, the party that stresses personal responsibility, will not take any for the mistakes they make and total breakdown at FEMA.
   Is all the money we have given to the “Homeland Security” agency wasted?
   Does the buck not stop at Bushes desk?
