Pirates, Superheroes & Klingons! Oh, My! — Or Even More DragonCon2005 Photos

Next year I may completely skip all of the panels and just walk around taking photos. I missed so many good ones — like Darth Brooks, completely with guitar, Captain Jack Sparrow, and a midget Darth Vader.

Anyway, here’s today’s picture-taking results. You’ll note there are more spandexed superheroes and also a bunch of Klingons enjoying a meal in the Food Court with the latest winner of the Miss Klingon Empire Contest. Oh, and I caught up with Strawberry Shortcake while I actually had a camera in hand this time…nearly tripped over myself to get the picture too. I’m a dork.

He’s the fellow with a full beard and black coat with tapestry front; I’m in the black leather corset and burgundy shirt with a original flag around my waist. It’s a really nice photo.

   Thank you! You captured a good image! I ran out of time and still need to finish his coat, add more stuff, pockets, trim, and build the vest that goes with it..etc. They were a lot of fun to wear. I think I may have been talking to guy about sewing and costuming at the time too. Always happy to yap about stuff like that, and trade ideas.
   Can’t wait for next year!
