Deep Throat Revealed
The revelation that retired FBI official W. Mark Felt was “Deep Throat,” the famous confidential source in the Watergate scandal, ended more than three decades of speculation and drew new attention to his role in the story. (Full story at CNN.com)
I don’t know why but I really expected the revelation of the true identity of “Deep Throat” would be a real shocker. Somehow the fact that he was the Number 2 FBI guy makes sense…but I bet there are some really pissed off republicans who’d like to get him alone in a back alley.
