Frustrations With MS Excel
Why is it that merged cells in Excel will not work correctly with word wrap? I have the merged cel (which spans four columns) set to word wrap, and the wrapping part seems to be working but it doesn’t and refuses to adjust the column height so you can actually see the next line of what you typed. :angry:
Also, is it too much to ask to be able to set up a formula so it referances another worksheet by relative location? For example, if I have a form which I copy every day into a new worksheet; I would like one of the balance formulas to pull from the previous day’s balance cel - another cel. I would prefer not to have to go edit the formula every day. I should be able to do something like “ThisTab-1!” and have it automatically assume the tab to the right is the one with the data to fetch.
Maybe I’m asking too much. Certainly the help that came along with the software isn’t much help and an online search hasn’t brought any help to the forefront.

Note: I have resolved the relational reference to other worksheets issue using a VB macro I found online somewhere. The merged cells that won’t properly resize when wrapping is wicked annoying.
