So Who Had Today In The Pool?
Well, whoever had today in the pool of when I was going to have my first winter-weather car accident, you win.
As I was getting on to the interstate today, I saw that there was a lot of traffic ahead and I put too much weight on the brake. Next thing I knew I was sliding into the snow-covered side rail.
I think all that’s messed up is the passenger side headlight though admittedly I didn’t look at my snow-covered fender. Plus, there’s the bonus of not hitting anyone else. I saw a couple of cars nose deep in snow banks and am glad that wasn’t me.
I really wasn’t shaken up either. Everyone thinks I should be. I wonder if that’s the prozac. Mostly I was just annoyed with myself.
I think those positronic rear tires are going to be the death of me. I think they make driving on the snow harder.

You’re probably right about the rear tires. Usually a front wheel drive vehicle will do better than even a 4WD. I used to have a Celica that you could plow snow with, and I did. Somebody once told me that it’s easier to pull (FWD) than to push (RWD) in icy or snow conditions.
