perplexed in Portland
Things are not going as smoothly as I had hoped. I am having serious trouble finding a place to live — both temporary and permanent. The apartment locator I contacted prior to coming up here turned out to be a small time property management agency who only had a few apartments to show me — three, in fact. Two of them are too small and in need of some repairs and new carpet.
The third was actually kind of beautiful and for the most part the right size, but it had no closets other
